Bose: Feel It

In 2020 Summer Studios composed the music for a global digital campaign for Bose. Working with Rasic & Partners and Gray we worked to a detailed brief to create 6 different iterations of a song we composed for the campaign. They all had to represent the personality of the people in each of the spots, and link together with a common musical motif to seamlessly link the Bose range together. The result was a unique, diverse campaign reflecting the emotion of each individual person in each of the spots.

Outernet LDN

Outernet is an immersive entertainment district in the heart of London where communities come together to enjoy culture in breathtaking new ways. We’ve brought together the best content and latest immersive technology to create new experiences for music, arts, culture and creators. It also boasts the world’s largest LED screen deployment to date. We were approached by the Creative Director of Outernet to edit and compose the first visual communication piece to showcase what Outernet LDN will become. Outernet LDN is now open in London city - you won’t miss it - it’s at the intersection of Tottenham Court Road and Charing Cross.

Unheard - Amazon Prime Documentary Series

Over the past year I’ve had the privilege of composing the score for the most important project we’ve worked on to date. It’s a 6 episode series called UNHEARD (Produced for Amazon Prime, by LAD Bible Studios Australia). In each episode we hear first-hand how racism in Australia destroys lives, and about the systems in place that sustainably hold down Indigenous Australians, people of colour, refugees, and ethnic minorities. My Kind Of Country

We were approached by Hello Sunshine to pitch on the branding and opening titles for their new country and reality show on Apple TV+ called My Kind Of Country. It’s a premium documentary format, following the next generation of country singing superstars, who are so much more diverse than the previous gen. We chose to pitch an emotive journey of an intro, with thoughtful, refined graphics.

MTV: All Of The Music

Summer Studios directed and produced an image spot for MTV Australia & New Zealand's dedicated music channel, MTV Music. We built it from the ground up, composing an original music composition that captured the energy and emotion of MTV Music.

Despicable Me 3 - FX

We recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Jody Malam and EVO Films in the US for some FXX channel promos. FXX is FX Network's movie channel. In this execution we composed a hip hop song and put the spotlight on the trapping Minions. This was a lot of fun to make!

Bose: No Stopping You

This was a really fun project for Bose. Summer Studios composed a pacey, energetic, drum-heavy track for the brand for their new TVC for their wireless Soundsport Free headphones.

Brother: At Your Side

We got the opportunity to work on a fun little series of spots for Brother. Summer Studios was charged with the music composition. The theme was duplication and repetition. We were briefed to compose a music track influenced by the repetitive drone of office operations, and recontexturalise it into a fun, energetic electro track.

Bose x Wallabies

Bose have just come on board as the official audio partner of Australia’s rugby team, the Qantas Wallabies. We took care of editing, video post and music composition for their first piece of communication about the multi year branding deal. The result was a suspenseful spot that builds to the climax. With Bose wireless noise cancelling headphones, you can allow yourself some peace before taking the field. The calm before the storm.

We brought along our maturity out for this “not at all crass” song based promo for Naked Attraction season 2. The dating show where you find love based on their bits and butts… We took care of the scriptwriting, editing and design work too. Warning: rude parts and naughty words.

MTV Upload Rebrand

Summer Studios composed and produced the music for the MTV Upload Rebrand. We also designed the logo and style guide for the MTV Upload brand. The super talented Kat Churchill brought the idea to life with these amazing character animations.

We composed a little ditty for the ad for Australia’s newest ATM network - Precinct.

We composed this super fun track for a series of content developed for business.gov.au.
